Thank you so much for the amazing effort you put into looking after our two girls, "Holly & Lucy" (pooches) during our 5 week absence.  Your regular pics and updates were very much appreciated.  We loved the way you so easily welcomed them into your home and treated them as if they were your very own.  Needless to say they were both very spoilt!  We would have no hesitation in recommending you and your business (ALL ABOUT PET CARE) to anyone looking for affordable "peace of mind" pet care!

What a great place to leave your loved dog ... a recent trip to Europe meant we had to leave our beloved "Laika" for over 2 weeks.  It was great to know that she was in such safe caring and professional hands.  A couple of free pre-meetings and walks to get her used to Nicola and the house was much appreciated and we could relax knowing she would be well looked after.  The daily photos and videos were an added bonus especially when we saw her after a free bath which meant we got back to a shin clean and happy hound.  It is clear Nicola and her husband really love and care for dogs and the service and affection shown to "Laika" was genuine and something you can't put a price on.  We will definitely be back!  Keep up the great work Nicola.

We cannot speak highly enough of the care that Nicola provided for our beautiful little girl Tillie in a safe, loving environment. Nicola arranged to meet up with myself and Tillie before our departure date and we all went for a walk together, this was a great way to get to know each other. Every day we were away we were provided with photos and progress texts as to how Tillie was coping away from us and in Nicola's care. Tillie is a very timid girl and we were very concerned that she might fret and not eat while we were away. We needn't have worried! Our girl was treated like princess and settled down in no time at all. When we arrived home Tillie was happy to see us and it was very clear that she was a calm, relaxed, little girl who hadn't missed a beat, or us very much, for that matter, while we were away. We would definitely leave Tillie in Nicola's care again. She is a beautiful, caring human being that genuinely loves animals. So happy we found her. It was also very clear that Wayne, Nicola's partner, was fully on board with having Tillie stay with them and that was very reassuring to us as well.

We were very pleased to have Nicola and Wayne care for our two dogs Rocco and Elroy recently while we went on holiday for 12 days.
Nicola is caring, kind and has a genuine love of animals. She went out of her way to build a relationship with our dogs the week before we left. She cared for our beloved pets, as if they were her own. Sheltered them from the cold, fed and bathed them and made them feel special while we were away, even sending us photos. One of our pets was very old and needed individual attention and nothing was too much trouble for Nicola. I would without a doubt recommend "All About Pet Care" to anyone that is looking to go away without worrying about their pets. I know what a relief it was to know that our pets were being cared for and given the attention they deserved.

I have recently had Nicola from "All About Pet Care", provide care for my dog and cat while I was on holidays, and was extremely happy with the service she provided. Nicola went above and beyond to ensure the pets were well care for while I was away.  She went out of her way to ensure the pets were familiar and comfortable in her company before I went away, which was very comforting for my somewhat stressed dog!  She even provided an additional check on the animals on some extremely hot days and let me know that they were OK (which again is very comforting). I appreciated her prompt replies to my queries, the regular pictures and progress report she sent of my animals when I was away. My dog is typically very stressed when I go away and usually eats very little.  However, when I returned after Nicola had cared for him for a week he had obviously he had obviously been eating very well, and was so relaxed he was barely even excited to see me! I highly recommend ALL ABOUT PET CARE for a great service that is very trustworthy and caring. It is by far the best pet care service I have ever used.

Our dog was extremely well cared for by Nicola. She was regularly bathed and her bedding kept clean, she was fed her usual food, her training maintained and she was regularly exercised. She clearly adored Nicola! Our birds and chickens were also healthy and cared for well. I would recommend her to any new customers.

Nicola and the care she provided for my Dad's best friend "Gidget", was fabulous!  She spent time with my Dad and Gidget to they could get to know each other before the boarding days, which set Dad's mind at ease about leaving his baby with someone else.  Nicola was caring, compassionate and empathetic, providing flexible care to best meet Dad and Gidget's needs, with daily updates, including photos.  Nicola went about and beyond to ensure everyone was happy and we would not hesitate to recommend her services.  Now that he's been away once, I'm hoping Dad will so again, relaxed in the knowledge that Gidget can be cared for safely and happily by Nicola.  Thanks Nicola!

We have known Nicola and Wayne and her family for more than 10 years. We were neighbours to Nicola’s parents on Lake Macquarie, and know their family and their pets very well. Over the years we watched Nicola care for her parents and their family pets. She has a lovely nature, both with people and animals. Her own family pet, Saba (German Shepherd) would often accompany them to her parents home and was truly adored.  One Christmas, we approached Nicola and asked if she would like to house sit and mind our two Labrador fur babies, whilst we went on holidays. We were very grateful that she accepted and knew our fur babies were in loving hands.  Our fur babies, Bella and Bear have now gained an adoring ‘Pet Nanny’. Nicola and Wayne have a lovely rapport with both of our dogs.  Our fur babies follow them around and smother them with ‘kisses’.  They are truly spoilt with attention and our fur babies obviously return their gratitude with adoring kisses. When we returned from our last Christmas holiday, the house and garden had been well cared for, the yard was spotless and Bear and Bella were well groomed. They hardly acknowledged us as we entered the yard. I guess it’s a good sign that we weren’t really missed!  This Christmas we have left them at Nicolas and Wayne’s home in Belmont North. Their garden is large, secure and well established with plenty of shade and space to play. The dogs are walked daily sometimes twice and we received daily photos of them.  They were even taken on special excursions to Redhead Beach. Our family can travel now without feeling guilty that we have deserted ourbabies. It is such a comfort to know they are having a fun time and receiving a lot of attention in Nicola's & Wayne's care. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending their services to any pet owner. Nicola and Wayne have a genuine admiration and love for dogs, cats and animals of all kinds. I am sure that my two fur babies have had their paws crossed that they can stay in this loving and attentive environment again.

We have known Nicola and Wayne as good friends and neighbours for 18 years.  We are both avid dog lovers and walked our pets for many years together. Sadly, Nicola and Wayne lost their dog Saba a couple of years ago. They have spent quite a lot of time with our family pets over the years. They are proud house owners and have created a lovely garden and environment for pets to feel comfortable and relaxed. Over the years, Nicola has minded neighbours pets and my own. Stanley has been on many walks with Nicola and absolutely adores both Nicola & Wayne. They are very caring and responsible neighbours and pet lovers and always obliging to help an animal in need.   Pets instantly bond and connect with both of them and I am sure that all of the neighbours would agree that your pet would be in the very best of care.   Additionally, Nicola and Wayne and have had access to our house whilst we have taken extended holidays.
